- Maintain regular communication with SIGCHI, ensuring that all organizational activities are in line with SIGCHI standards and opportunities.
- Represent the organization in external forums, fostering relationships with industry and academic leaders to advance organizational objectives.
- Oversee the execution of major strategic initiatives and ensure effective collaboration across all departments to achieve organizational goals.
Key Interactions: Works with all members of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment with the organizational mission and strategy. Engages with external stakeholders, including academic institutions and industry partners, to enhance the organization's profile and impact.
Director(s) of Recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talented individuals.
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including advertising, application screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with the Rush committee to organize recruitment events and with the Consulting and Professional Development teams to ensure recruits are well-integrated into the organization.
Key Interactions: Works closely with the Rush Committee, Consulting, and Professional Development teams.
Director of Consulting (Projects)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between project managers and club leadership, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment with club goals.
- Regularly communicate with external partners like SO-ELL to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
